If you haven't heard yet, Janean Caugherty & Shane Andersen have officially joined forces to create Brookings Home Team powered by Century 21 GKA.
Shane started his Real Estate career in July 2009. The perfect time when the market was down and the housing industry was hitting a low. Little did he know that 8 years later he would be in a position to set up a team to even better serve his clients. The Brookings Community has been wonderful in supporting him and giving him the opportunity to help families each and every day.
Janean started in 2014, and she has hit the ground running ever since. She has an excellent way of communicating with her clients and not making them feel pressured to do something they may regret later. With her South Dakota State University connections and background, she has many resources available to help with almost any area of the Real Estate industry.
