Hi, happy holidays. Everybody's busy shopping but in the middle of all of that, some people are also planning for buying or building or maybe remodeling a home they already own. We like to take this time of year and January to do some free mortgage check ups. That'll give you a chance to come in and similar to a pre-approval, take a look at your credit, talk about the process, figure out what it will take for you to either buy, build or remodel and then we'll have a chance to let you know if there's something that you need to do. A lot of people need to save up a little bit of money in order to do one of those things. And it would be good to look for a place that's paying the best interest. Everybody always talks about that. Right now, BankStar has a couple of specials that we're running. We have for long-term commitments, a CD that's paying a very attractive interest rate and we also have an interest bearing checking account that we just bumped up the interest a little bit on. There's always details on those things. So you're welcome to stop in or give us a call for all the details but that would give you a chance to save up for some closing costs or a down payment and then that will get you ready to go. Stop in for a pre-approval as well and we will have you all on track for next year so that you're ready to go by the time those great houses come on the market. -
