Shane provides more of a friendship than a service. He guided me to the resources i needed and got me through an overwhelming time. Shane stayed calm through every step when i had so many questions and cushioned our transition. How many realtors do you know would drive with your pans in their back seat to deliver them to you because you forgot them? That's not a job, that's passion.

I would just like to put my input in on this recent selling of our son, Thomas Skelton's home.  It went up for sale in July and when I let Shane know of the true situation that had occurred to Thomas he took the selling of his home with the most sincere outlook for Thomas.  You see our son had nothing to bring to the table cash wise or assets and we his parents are financially taking care of all of his financial needs. We basically became practically broke after clearing our savings and checking and any other ways to get money without refinancing our home.  Bankruptcy or foreclosure was the only option that we had to take care of his home.  Shane was not willing to let that happen to Thomas and did everything he could to sell the home.  Not only did Shane and the buyer's broker sacrifice so much to sell the home, Shane actually got Thomas a profit!!  Where Shane's heart is,  still brings tears to my eyes today that there is actually such a caring realtor that put his client's needs first.  Please don't think I'm weird but if I ever get out to South Dakota again your office is the first place I would like to stop so that I could give these to brokers the biggest hugs ever!!  I truly believe that God works miracles every day and when speaking with Shane he is definitely one of them!

We met Janean at an open house where we had stopped by. She asked if we were working with any realtors and we said not really. She took our information and we explained the items that we were looking for in a dream home. A few weeks later she emailed us about a house that would soon hit the market, and explained it had many of the things we were looking for and in our price range. We set up an early showing and it was Absolutely the perfect house. Janean always handled everything very professionally while still making you feel that she was completely on your side. As first time home owners she was there for every panicked moment, every late night call and random questions on the middle of a Saturday. She made that process easy for us even though we had no idea what we were doing. She was fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone! She found us our dream home and that's not something everyone can do , I will forever be grateful to her. It was fantastic! I couldn't believe how much Janean remembered from our 5 minute conversation about what we were looking for in a house, and somehow found us the perfect home. She went out of her way to reach out to us about this property and I so thankful or we probably wouldn't be home owners right now.
